think is i understand that u havent reached above Gruul progress but still 3 gladiators rly is not what i expect from a newcomer in here.Ok i dont say that gear is everything,there are other things that count also like activity and willing to cooperate like read tactics listen to what raid leader sais and so on.But basically if we keep reqruiting ppl which nead gear almost we will gear up half the server makes the guild unable or delayed on the progress.(already we geared the half the server anyhow)

Ok i undestand you. but i am willing to get hit rating gems and ap gems.
i also want you to know that i have still 3 gladiators because evry guild i have been in have had too many slackers so i haven't got even a chanse to gear up.
so i am asking you to reconsiterate my application.
And by the way i am really active i have showed up evry raid so far.
I also read allways tacctiks before going to raid even if i know them allready i am reading them again so i won't miss enything.
And as you can see im a bit desperate because i am active raider but i can't find guild wich makes progress.
